Every item is unique and personalized with the needs of our customers foremost in our mind.
Because of this, returns/refunds are only accepted for 30 days based on functional issues or defects with the tumbler.
Customized cups that do not deliver your original customization requests (such as the wrong fabric background, incorrect text, etc.) will also be accepted.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted based on preferences, although every attempt will be made to ensure your satisfaction.
